Huang Lingxiang, Dean of ISE, delivered a report on the school’s 2024 enrollment, teaching, student activities, and work plan of 2025, etc. ISE committee members from three universities reviewed and approved the changes to the new members of ISE Joint Management Committee and Academic Committee, as well as the resolution to add new master's programs.

Later on, the university president and rectors delivered speeches respectively on the future development plan of ISE.

Andrzej Szarata, Rector of CUT, stated that ISE had become a model of high-quality cooperation between China and Poland through the joint efforts of three universities. The expansion of the cooperation was not only a joint commitment to future development, but also a shared decision to optimize the talent cultivation structure and meet the demands of the international talent market. He hoped to continue to maintain high standards in teaching, strengthen disciplinary construction and scientific research cooperation, promote interdisciplinary exchanges and integrated innovation, ultimately enhancing the influence of ISE.

Marta Kosior Kazberuk, Rector of BUT, highly praised the results of the cooperation within ISE and expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by TCU faculties to students and the support to BUT. She expressed the hope to strengthen the foundation of scientific research cooperation with TCU, further improve the layout of cooperative programs, continuously explore innovative models for international talent cultivation, and jointly facilitate higher-quality development of ISE.

Wang Zhongliang, President of TCU, Chairman of the Joint Management Committee and Academic Committee, expressed sincere gratitude for the cooperation from the rectors and committee members of the two Polish universities. He emphasized that in the face of the dual challenges of digital and intelligent transformation and sustainable development goals in global engineering education, only by sharing wisdom with open mind and breaking through boundaries with pragmatic approach can we cultivate truly competent global engineering leaders. He hoped that this meeting would serve as an opportunity to meet the core goal of high standard education, create a sustainable collaborative ecosystem, continuously optimize the curriculum to better meet the needs of the global engineering sector, promote research among faculty members, explore deeper integration to establish a new benchmark in talent cultivation.

Currently, the ISE at TCU has so far enrolled 5 intakes of undergraduate students and 4 intakes of graduate students with a total of 1,089 students. More than 450 faculty and students have participated in on-site exchange and study programs in Poland. The Fourth Joint Management Committee and Academic Committee Meeting is a key initiative to implement the long-term communication mechanism between TCU and the two Polish universities. It has laid a solid foundation for improving the management efficiency of ISE and deepening the collaborative educational mechanism. The three universities will take this meeting as a new starting point to continue exploring the forefront of global engineering education, investigate a new model for independent cultivation of international talents, and train more outstanding engineers with a strong sense of patriotism and global perspective for the construction of the Belt and Road.
