1st Asian Architecture Students Colloquium (AASC) initiated by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) was held online from November 5th to 6th, 2020. Many Asian universities attended the webinair themed Architecture Transgressing Boundaries.
Students from School of Architecture actively participated with the help of International Cooperation Office. Two groups of students were selected as speakers with their works--Research on automatic wooden horizontal stacking structure system and Rapid construction of temporary emergency medical buildings——from component module to overall module.
Works of TCU students were highly appreciated by the organizing committee. AASC has provided a good opportunity for architecture students from different countries to share works and to exchange ideas and has thus broadened TCU students’ global vision.
