a.NO failure in the exams;

b.IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.0 with no single score below 6.0, or TOEFL iBT: A total score of 75 with a minimum of 18 in Reading and 20 in Writing, or an equivalent qualification from another recognized English language test.
